NextGallery – Terms of use

Requirements
For your own gallery, you need a reachable Nextcloud with HTTPS and the compatible Chronicle server app. Your server operator manages your account and server app. NextGallery does not create Nextcloud accounts. Existing access permissions apply. A local synthetic sample gallery is available without sign-in.
Your content
You retain your rights to your photos and videos. Use only content and server credentials that you are entitled to use. The app is a view of your collection and does not replace backups. Gallery, date, map and cache settings do not move or edit server originals.
Offline and formats
Explicitly saved previews, date information and the world map are available offline. Originals and server videos need a connection. Format support depends partly on Android and your Nextcloud preview services. A server preview may be shown where a full image format is unsupported.
Licence and rights
NextGallery is supplied under GNU AGPL version 3. The full licence and corresponding source code are included in the app. Software limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer or warranty rights. No rights to your media are transferred. There is no exclusive consumer jurisdiction clause.

Send product or contractual enquiries to support@wolfmajer.com. Voluntary feedback unlocks no features. Any future advertising version will require updated notices and applicable consent before ads are enabled.
